Todd Cirella began his professional career in 1993 at Sands Brothers, a brokerage firm recognized for serving high-net-worth individuals and international clients. In 2004, he was appointed Senior Managing Director at Laidlaw & Company, a boutique investment firm with a legacy dating back to 1842. Todd focuses on finding the right balance between the client’s financial goals and risk management. His approach focuses on transparently delivering customized financial solutions that foster long-term profitability and growth for investors.

Todd Cirella plays a pivotal role at Laidlaw Venture Partners and Laidlaw Private Equity LLC. He has propelled Laidlaw’s Private Stakes Program, designed for experienced investors looking to access private equity opportunities in enterprise cloud, fintech, cybersecurity, AI, and eCommerce. It focuses on generating high-value returns through liquidity events such as corporate sales, IPOs, and mergers, granting investors access to private equity markets.

In his free time, Cirella dedicates his efforts to better his community by serving as president of his Neighborhood Association and volunteering and donating to several organizations that highlight culture, education, sports, and health. Among them are the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and the Syosset Soccer Club.
